One of the first and earliest feedback I received from a London bookstore was that the food culture magazine was “Too focused on Asia”.
“I just follow orders. He is the boss. I am the coolie. If the boss says that, even if you want to or not, you have to work. We have no choice but to simply obey.”
Nobody is talking about it. I’m afraid by the time I get to dive deeper into the stories for a print version next year, there won’t be much of a story left to tell.
